Villa Petalouda is a charming 2-bedroom air-conditioned villa that accommodates up to 4 guests, offering breathtaking views of the Taygetos mountains and overlooking the Gulf of Kalamata. Built in 2025 from local stone in the traditional Mani style, the villa features a private pool, large roof terrace and small balcony.
Inside you can enjoy modern amenities such as a smart TV with Netflix, Prime Videos, YouTube etc. The 2 double bedrooms (one with twin beds that join to make a super king if required) comfortably accommodate 4 guests.
There is fast satellite WiFi throughout the villa including on the roof terrace and by the pool.
Wall heaters in the bedrooms and a pellet burner in the lounge provide warmth for chilly days in the winter, making Villa Petalouda an ideal destination all year round.
A short drive to the nearest beach and all amenities, Villa Petalouda is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Mani peninsula.
